INJECTION

Our injection molding department includes 75 to 800 ton capacity molding machines.

We can mold any type of plastics (polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene, nylon polycarbonates, pvc etc...)

If necessary, we are able to mold small quantities.

Common uses: Parts for swimming pools and for fields such as : sports, toys, industrial, cable, etc...

BLOW MOLDING

Our blow molding department can build or create any type of container, may it be for the field of food, toys, industrial or chemical products.
Capacity of 125ml to 5L.

We are able to produce parts made of polyethylene or polypropylene.

EXTRUSION

Our extrusion line can make pipes measuring up to 2 inches of diameter.

We are also capable of manufacturing all kinds of shapes may it be for industrial, toys or any type of use, either in rigid or semi rigid pvc, or flexible polyethylene or polypropylene.

OTHERS

We can wrap, assemble (ultrasound welding, glueing, riveting, etc...) or make any other operation that your products may need.

We also have a design department where you will find all the advise needed to design or develop your products, special machinery (automation) or to design your mold.
